Generally the order is shipped within 48-72 hours from the time the order is placed (working days Mon-Fri). It may happen that due to a high demand for orders there are delays in delivery. However, conditions may vary from model to model, which is why we will send you an official order confirmation as soon as possible.

We ship to all and only EC member states.

Each country has different prices depending on the tariff conditions of the GLS courier company. You can check the costs when ordering.

Once the order has been received by us, we will provide an order confirmation with an approximate confirmation date. The tracking system can be requested by contacting our sales department.

Order cancellation is possible as long as the order has not been shipped. Orders are generally processed within 48-78 hours from the time of order. Please contact customer service on +39 0381 69871

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail which will include the order number, shipping method and shipping address. Please check that the address is correct because once the order has been placed, you cannot change the address.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you need another model you must kindly re-order the item and in the meantime return the item you do not want to keep. Please contact our sales department on +39 0381 69871.
